Terms of Service

Effective July 15, 2026 · Pilot version

These Terms govern access to the Vordali website and Vordali Commit pilot service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Vordali provides workflow software that helps businesses create customer commitment records and facilitate payment requests through third-party payment providers. Vordali is not a bank, money transmitter, escrow service, or financial adviser. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is also governed by Stripe’s applicable terms.

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business activity. You are responsible for the products and services you sell, customer communications, taxes, refunds, cancellations, fulfillment, regulatory obligations, and the accuracy of order information entered by your team.

The pilot service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Features described as planned or in development are not guaranteed. Vordali may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address security concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Vordali is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, payment disputes, failed transactions, or losses caused by user error, third-party services, or unlawful use.

These Terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
