Vordali collects information needed to provide and secure the service, including account email addresses, business workspace information, customer names, customer phone numbers, order amounts, order status, and technical logs. Vordali does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or bank-account credentials. Those details are handled by Stripe.
Information is used to authenticate users, maintain business workspaces, create and display Secure Orders, support payment workflows, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and communicate about the product. Data may be shared with service providers that operate the platform, including hosting, database, authentication, and payment providers, only as needed to provide the service.
Business users are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to enter customer contact information into Vordali and for providing any notices required by applicable law. Vordali is not intended for children under 13.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their account information by contacting smothers53@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where reasonably required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
