Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective July 15, 2026 · Pilot version

Vordali provides software to businesses. Vordali does not determine the refund policy for goods or services sold by a business using the platform. Customers should contact the business named on their payment request for questions about an order, cancellation, service delivery, or refund.

Each business is responsible for clearly communicating its own deposit, cancellation, fulfillment, and refund terms before collecting payment. Where a refund is approved, the business is responsible for initiating it through the available Stripe or Vordali payment-management tools.

Vordali subscription charges, when paid plans become available, will be governed by the plan terms shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, but cancellation will stop future renewal charges.

Chargebacks and disputes are handled through Stripe and applicable card-network processes. Businesses must respond to disputes and maintain evidence of customer authorization and fulfillment.
